Policies

TRAINING DEPOSITS:

All booking fees for training are non-refundable. If you cancel your training within 10 days of the course date, it will be treated as a 'no-show,' which may incur an extra cancellation fee and the forfeiture of your deposit. These conditions take effect as soon as a deposit is made.

MOBILE APPOINTMENT PAYMENTS:

All mobile appointments must be booked through our booking site and paid in FULL the day of scheduling. “Can I pay cash when you arrive?” will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 100% service charge fee.

Spray tan requires preparation. Prep begins 24 hours prior to your appointment. This means I cannot give same day cancellation appointments to someone else when you cancel.

NO SHOWS:

You will be charged 100% of the entire service you booked. You must pay the entire amount before being allowed to book again.

After the second time you will be banned from booking with DST

RESCHEDULE:

If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment. If it is within 48-hrs you can email us at diosaspraytansatx@gmail.com.

PAYMENT:

We require a credit card on file for ALL bookings and a $10 non-refundable booking fee. Payment will be due at the end of your appointment. If your spray tan artist books the appointment for you a $30 non-refundable booking fee will be REQUIRED.

BOOKING DEPOSIT:

If you pay your spray tan artist the $30 non-refundable BOOKING FEE via Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo, you will be given ONE time to reschedule within a 7-day time frame of your original appointment day. After the 7-day window your deposit will be forfeited. (48-hour rescheduling window still applies)
